Elisa Vendramin is an Italian illustrator based between Reykjavik and Trieste. She plays with abstraction in digital collages, exploring the delicate balance between full and empty, aiming to capture those atmospheres that are often hard to describe by figurative illustration. After graduating with a Master in Communication Design from Central Saint Martins College of Art and Design (London, 2010), Elisa starts collaborating with several cultural institutions such as the Science Museum of London and the Nordic House Reykjavik, as well as working with communication agencies. Following a number of exhibitions in Paris and London, she moves to Reykjavik where she is selected for two artist residencies at SÍM International Residency and one at NES Artist Residency. In 2013, Elisa moves back to Italy: since then, she has been working on a freelance-basis with international clients like Wall&decò, Fendi, MuseumsQuartier Wien, and Apple, while she keeps curating personal projects exhibited internationally.
